Davis Gallery
Davis Gallery continues the tradition established by Bill Davis at Tarrytown Gallery in 1979. It serves as a home to many of the best local and regional painters, printmakers, sculptors and ceramicists. Bill Davis has consistantly promoted a taste and style that has won many critics awards and the respect of Austin's art community.

Centrally located on the corner of 12th and Shoal Creek, Davis Gallery is a friendly setting for contemplation and conversation through fine contemporary art. The permanent on-site collection of works for sale represents the diversity and talent the gallery has to offer. This comfortable, expansive space also provides a meeting ground for many of the communitie's non-profit organizations such as The Texas Photographic Society, Austin Museum of Art and Ballet Austin.

Every new exhibit at Davis Gallery is introduced with an opening to the public providing a free cultural event for the art lovers of Austin. These informal celebrations promote the relationship between artist and the art loving community, reinforcing the importance of creativity in everyday life.
